Direct delivery requires explicit recipient confirmation and marks a quote sent only after provider acceptance. “Prepare Manual Email Draft” remains a local fallback and never marks the quote sent. Quote numbers are sequential and never duplicated.
Save Invoice records it in the history below. ✔ Invoice Paid marks it paid and automatically creates the Production Floor job and updates the customer in the CRM.

One clean, consistent color for the whole navigation sidebar. Every tab stays neutral; only the active tab shows an accent highlight. Changes apply instantly and sync to your other computers.
🧭 Tab Visibility & Access
Control which sidebar tabs appear, and for which roles. Hiding a tab only removes it from the sidebar — no data, routes, or module functionality are deleted, and each person's role permissions are still enforced. Administrators only. Settings can never be hidden from Admin, and Dashboard always stays visible to Admin (both shown with 🔒).

Assign each teammate a role. They sign in at the Hub login with their own email + password (use Create account once), then get exactly the access you set here. Owner accounts always keep full access.

🕒 Contractor tracking
💼 Billable-hours policy: billable time is counted only for active work Monday–Friday within the local work window (default 8am–8pm), capped at 40 hours per week. Time worked on weekends, outside the window, or beyond 40h/week is tracked but shown as non-billable. Each employee has a time zone (USA Pacific or Nigeria WAT) set on their profile. Administrators are exempt.
🔒 Privacy notice: Contractor activity tracking is enabled for business use. Jigmade Business Hub records in-app work activity only — time worked, tabs used, and work actions — for time-keeping, compensation review and accountability. It does not track personal websites, other apps, keystrokes, passwords, private browsing, screen recordings, camera or microphone.
📣 Marketing Hub
🔒 Marketing Hub is isolated from CRM. Contacts only enter the main workflow when an Admin/Manager clicks Convert to CRM Lead.
